Our Story
Sky windows was founded by Robert Kennedy in 1990. Having worked in the industry for some years, Robert had always harboured the desire to start his own business. He did so initially from a small storeroom in Coveney's yard in Douglas Cork with a small showroom in Dunbar St. in Corks South Parish area.
The business has grown steadily since then, Through the years Sky Windows has seen boom times and hard times but with an ethos of always providing quality products and service the company has prevailed and prospered over the past decades.
Sky Windows has now developed into a family business success story. Robert, along with his son Aidan has built a reputation for consistent, quality work and have thousands of happy customers as testimony to this.
The company currently operates from its base at Little Island Cork, serving Cork & the greater Munster area.
Sky Windows has always been innovative and this is evident in its eclectic product range.
Through the years the company has developed excellent working relationships with its suppliers and that has allowed it to always be forward-thinking.
Not only does the company sell and install The Inliten range of quality windows and doors but its product range also includes The Palladio door range, The Spitfire door range & the Guardian Roof Range.
Sky Windows also has a fully complete build service for Garden Rooms and Conservatories.
